Andrej Kurnik is Chair of Political Theory and Associate Professor in the Department of Political Sciences at the University of Ljubljana. As a faculty member of TTC his contribution will focus on theoretical practice in times of uprising.
Students:
Valter Cvijić is an early stage researcher and doctoral candidate in anthropology, studying transformations of work in post-socialist Serbia. He is interested in the possibilities of new forms of governance, which the movements from Tunisia to Turkey are articulating.
Žiga Podgornik-Jakilis a post-graduate student at the department of Ethnology and Cultural Anthropology at the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. He has profound interest in national and global uprisings, newly formed solidarity networks, and forms of civil disobedience.
Danijela Tamše is pursuing a PhD in cultural studies at the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. Her work focuses on the questions of precarity, migration and knowledge production.
